Sticking one’s hand out of a car window while traveling at high speed and feeling how easily it “takes flight” is an experience many people have had. It was while envisioning vehicles harnessing a similar force that keeps airplanes in the air that two engineers, Abdon Estefan and Mauricio Vargas, developed the Run&Save device.

The principle behind it follows that of an airplane taking off, where a force generated by the airflow over its wings redistributes the weight of the aircraft, enabling it to take flight.
